The Rotating Machine Program is a Transient Eddy Current Solver, extended to include the effects of rigid body (rotating) motion. The solver also provides for the use of external circuits and coupling to mechanical equations, including acceleration. Functional drives can be used to define the action of electronic controllers accounting for position or current feedback. |
